Limited breakfast but ok. Clean hotel with a modern looking lobby. Easy access, close to restaurants. Train track just feet from hotel but possibly not a regularly used line.

Under construction but not disclosed prior to arrival. Room was dirty and had toenail clipping all over. Tools and dust left throughout halls and on breakfast area. I have pictures. Said there was on restaurant onsite and there wasnt. Pool was ice cold.
The people at the front desk were very nice. The young man making breakfast is exceptional!

My room was comfortable. Breakfast was decent (and the young man that covers the breakfast area should be given a raise...he's a very pleasant and kind young man and makes sure guests are happy).
the breakfast for good and the young man running around trying to keep things filled was awesome and helpful. the room was unexpectedly larger than we thought. Location was good

How can I get refunded?? I booked 2nights , could only use one , online booking said changes to schedule to made through hotel office. I notified them via email. They only charged one night but booking dtill took money for 2nights. Hotel said refunds through booking.. booking says contact hotel .. is this a scam?
Hotel employee that was at the front desk was exceptional. She was very kind and courteous to all of our questions and needs.
